Why do you want your camper to attend Forestry Camp?

I give my camper permission to travel by bus, with the staff and counselors of the RTRC forestry camp, to off-site field trip locations which may include college tours, local farms and industrial sites.

I acknowledge and agree that this Release and Waiver of Liability is intended to be, and is, a complete release of any responsibility of the Released Parties for any and all personal injuries, temporary or permanent and/or property damage sustained by me.

I give the Federation of Southern Cooperatives/LAF and their partners and co-sponsors in the RTRC Forestry Camp the absolute right to use photographs or the likeness of the applicant named above in promotional, educational, and other materials related to
